How is a team subscription different from a regular Vibeonix subscription?
Vibeonix for Teams offers the ability to purchase Vibeonix for groups of 5 to
50 at a discounted rate. By purchasing Vibeonix for your group through Vibeonix
Teams, each member of your organization will receive access to the full content of
the Vibeonix product. This provides the same in-app experience as an individually
purchased subscription to Vibeonix Premium.
How is Vibeonix for teams different from purchasing Vibeonix enterprise?
Teams is a Vibeonix Enterprise product offered to organizations between 5
and 50 members. Our Teams option offers a self-serve experience where a
Team’s Admin is able to manage the members of the Team and the
subscription details from within their Team’s Vibeonix Partner Portal.
Vibeonix Enterprise is for organizations with over 50 people. If you are

How is a Teams plan billed?
When a Team is created, the payment method provided at checkout will be
billed as one up-front payment for the full year at the time of purchase. The
subscription is activated immediately and set to automatically renew at the
end of each annual billing period.
At this time, we only offer annual plans for our Teams product and cannot bill
monthly.
What payment methods can be used?
We accept most major credit and debit cards through our website. At this time,
we cannot offer invoicing or payment by check for a Teams plan.
When does the subscription begin? When does access to Vibeonix begin for
the covered users?
The subscription begins as soon as it is purchased and will renew yearly, until
the subscription has been canceled or the partnership has ended.
After completing the sign up form, you will be redirected to Vibeonix Partner
Portal where you will be provided instructions for payment. In the Vibeonix
Partner Portal, you can add teams/groups individually. The group manager
will invete each employee. Users will receive an email inviting them to
Vibeonix, and finish the account set up process. You will also be offered
suggestions for how to communicate the activation instructions with your
employees.
You may also upload your list of eligible team member email address by
sending CVS file directly to support@vibeonix.com. As soon as the file is
uploaded, those employees will be able to activate their Vibeonix Premium
access through email invite. You will also be offered suggestions for how to
communicate the activation instructions with your employees.
People you invite to join your Vibeonix Team can redeem one of the seats at
any time, as long as the Team subscription is active. The timing of the
redemptions will not change the auto-renewal date of the subscription. For
example, if a team member waits 3 months to redeem their seat, the
auto-renewal date of the subscription will still be 1 year from the date of
purchase.
Who manages the Team and should they be included in the total number of
covered users purchased?
The person who purchases Vibeonix for Teams will be prompted to create an
account within the Vibeonix Partner Portal. This account is automatically set
as the Group Manager. Once the purchase is completed, another Manager
can be added to the Team.During checkout, the total number of covered users
purchased should
represent the total number of people who will be provided Vibeonix as a
benefit. Administrators of the Team do not need to be included in the total
covered users purchased if they will not be a recipient of the benefit.
Can I change who is on my team in the middle of a subscription?
Yes, you are able to upload a new eligibility file at any time in order to adjust
the members of your Team. The members who are no longer on the list will
lose access to Vibeonix Premium provided through your Team at the end of
the current month. New members on the eligibility file will be able to activate
their Vibeonix Premium access using your Team’s unique URL immediately.
Please note that if a new eligibility list exceeds the number of purchased
covered users on your Team, you will be prompted to adjust your plan.
Can I add additional covered users later in the year?
Yes, Team Admins are able to add additional covered users to their team at a
prorated rate from within the Vibeonix Partner Portal. Please note that you will
not be able to decrease the number of covered users once the purchase is
complete.
Does my Team plan automatically renew?
Yes, the Vibeonix for Teams plan is set to renew annually. Auto-renewal can
be disabled at any time from within the Vibeonix Partner Portal.
Can I see how my Team is using Vibeonix? Do you offer analytics?
Your Vibeonix Portal includes aggregated data on how your Team is using
Vibeonix, including sign-up rate, engagement rate, and more. Aggregate data
of wellbeing and emotional data will be shared with the Admin and the Group
Managers for the users in their group. Users may or may not choose to share
individual data with Group Manager. Personalization of actions may only be
given by Group Manager for users that share personal data.
Can I test out the Vibeonix product before purchasing for my organization?

can create a Vibeonix account if you do not have one yet. If you already have

end of the trial period, you will not be charged, but the content will become
locked for you again until you purchase a subscription.
